Getting Started / General

Century Cricket Centres are high-performance, tech-powered indoor cricket training facilities designed for all levels—from juniors just starting out to serious athletes. Each Centre features smart technology, expert training environments, and a vibrant community feel.
Not at all. Century is built for all ages and skill levels. Whether you're new to cricket or working on your professional game, our facilities and tech are here to support your goals.
Our first U.S. locations are launching in 2025, starting with Houston. We also operate a Centre in Australia and have plans to roll out across the U.S., Canada, and globally. You can view upcoming Centres on our Locations page.
That depends on the Membership type you purchase. We are open 24/7, but your access times will be limited to your Membership accessible-hours. You'll be able to book lanes online via the Century Cricket App. There will be some restrictions in place for the number of bookings you can make at once, particularly in peak times. This is to ensure all players get fair access to the centre and prevent, for example, one person booking peak times everyday for 30 days in a row.

Membership & Pricing

Membership pricing varies by location and package. We offer flexible options including monthly, yearly, and family memberships. You can view full pricing and inclusions here.
Membership gives you access to training lanes, our smart cricket technology, exclusive app features, and 24/7 access at selected Centres. Some locations also offer extra features like gyms, recovery rooms or coaching sessions.
Not currently. You can book a Walk-Though with a team member, but you won't be able to have a hit unfortunately. Our Centres rely on strict safety precautions, which means you must be a member, have signed all the right paperwork, and have completed your induction before you can jump into a lane.
No. We want to ensure our members get full opportunity to train when they want. Also our strict safety rules mean every person in the Centre must have completed the safety induction. In the longer term, we will gather usage data and interest, and will consider potentially incorporating casual bookings in the future (at a premium).
Absolutely. We offer discounted family packages, sibling add-ons, and flexible access options. Check your local Centre's pricing page for details.
You will book your Induction Session, and a member of our team will walk you through the process when you sign up. All members will be required to sign waivers and membership documents, and you'll also need to complete an in-person induction. This will involve a centre walk-through from one of our staff, who will explain how to use all training equipment, lane booking instructions, centre access and general rules.
12-month memberships are non-refundable. Memberships are pausable for up to 4 weeks of the year ($5/week while paused, much like a gym). The heavy discount for a 12-month commitment means we are unable to refund you. There is a 14-day cooling-off period for this membership. Weekly memberships may be cancelled at any time, with 14-days notice. If you cancel your membership and want to rejoin, you will have to pay the membership rate at the time of rejoining. We anticipate reaching capacity and having a waiting list, so if that's the case you'll join the back of the queue and be offered a membership when spots become available due to cancellations.

Facility Access & Safety

Yes! All our Centres offer 24/7 member access. Your access times will depend on your membership though, and all members complete an induction before using the Centre independently.
You will book your lane and then access the Centre via the App when you arrive. The App will provide you with a single-entry access code, which will get you into the Centre.
Sometimes! Our Centres are designed for secure, self-service access, with trained staff available during core hours, and smart security systems (including entry logs and CCTV) running at all times. Junior members require guardian approval and supervision based on age. We'll have staff at the centre from 2.00pm - 9.00pm, and potentially in the mornings. Check your local Centre for specific staffed hours.
Safety is our top priority. We provide clear inductions for all members, regular equipment maintenance, secure facility design, and support through our app. Players under 18 require guardian consent and appropriate training supervision. We have been working hard on our technology safety features too, with unique and seriously cool features like auto-stopping the bowling machine if you remove your helmet, fall, have balls in the safe zone, or have extra people in your lane.
Yes. Full kit is required to use the bowling machines for batting practice, including pads, gloves, and a helmet. The machines are equipped with safety sensors and will not operate unless the player is wearing a helmet.
Yes. All sessions are booked through the Century Cricket app, you can choose your time, lane type, and even add a friend or coach! Bookings can be made on-demand or in advance.

Technology & App

Century uses world-class training tools, including: Smart bowling machines (custom-built by Straight Drive); Video analysis & action detection (via StanceBeam camera technology); StanceBeam bat sensors to track swing, shot quality, and more; Real-time performance stats in the Century Cricket App.
The Century Cricket App is your training hub. Use it to: Book sessions; Track progress and stats; Watch video replays; Share performance data with coaches or teammates; Set goals and monitor improvement.
No special gear required. All technology is integrated into the facility – cameras in the lanes and bowling machine are already linked up. The StanceBeam bat sensors are provided when you join, and can be added to your session at the time enhance your data collection.

Training & Coaching

Yes. Each Centre works with certified coaches offering private sessions, programs, and workshops. Coaching sessions can be booked separately through the App.
No.
Initially we won't be allowing private coaches to use the centre for commercial purposes, but it's in our future plans to explore how we can incorporate private coach memberships.
All attendees must be members. If you are both members, one person can book the lane and you can train together – just add your friend via the App at the time of booking. Or book lanes side-by-side and chat while doing your own thing! If you're family members, e.g. two siblings or a parent with kids, we have a discounted Family Membership option that allows you to train under one membership using the same lane.
Century is open to all ages, but our core focus is players aged 8 to 21. We also support adult and social players, as well as schools and academies.
Our first priority is to open each centre and induct our Foundation Members. After that we'll be exploring how we can incorporate clubs without impacting the members' experience. This will likely be through a limited number of club partnerships who will be able to book lanes in preseason and during summer.

Parents & Kids

Definitely. Our Centres are designed for young players to train safely, stay engaged, and build confidence. Parents can follow progress via the App, and kids love the interactive and gamified elements.
Yes. Depending on your child's age, they might need to be supervised in the lane, otherwise parents are welcome to stay during training. Some Centres include seating areas, cafés, workspaces or viewing lounges depending on location.
The Century Cricket App tracks every session, giving you data, video, and progress updates. It's like having a digital coaching journal at your fingertips.

International Expansion / Future Plans

Nope! We launched our first Centre in Australia and are now expanding into the U.S., Canada, and beyond. Our goal is to build 100+ Centres in the next 5 years.
We're always open to growth discussions. If you're interested in investment, partnership, franchise or expansion opportunities, reach out via our Contact page.
